David and Yolanda Foster’s Malibu Mansion

If you’re a fan of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, you’re probably also a fan of Yolanda Foster’s stunning Malibu mansion. She shared the home with her then husband, David Foster, and her model daughters, Gigi and Bella Hadid. The home was sold last year for a whopping $19.45 million.

The Foster’s mansion, a custom made estate built in 2009, sits on 3.25 acres overlooking the beach. The six bedroom and nine bathroom home spans 11,600 sq ft.

The home, beautiful as it is, actually had a hard time selling. It was originally listed at $27 million, and was relisted multiple times before finally selling last year.

The home was styled with romantic European villas in mind. It features 12’ ceilings, The home’s lavish amenities include a professional chef’s kitchen, library, home office, two spa baths, a gym, billiards room and entertainment room.
