The 20,000 sq ft mansion nestled in the Mayacamas Mountains between Napa and Sonoma Valleys is situated on a 640-acre lot, 18 of which are used as a vineyard. It was originally listed for $35 million, before selling well below it’s asking price at $18.1 million.
The home’s amenities are endless. Inside features a private home theatre, a climate-controlled wine seller, and a stunning terrance adjecent to the kitchen. Out side boasts a tennis court, guest house, stables, plus an abundance of private hiking and horseback riding trails, and a bass-fishing spot in a spring-fed pond.
