Sylvester Stallone Lists Southern California Mansion

Sylvester Stallone is kicking off the new year with a new home.

The actor recently relisted his four bedroom and 4.5 bath house in La Quinta, California for $4.2 million. The home’s asking price is actually $300K less than what Sylvester bought it for back in 2011. He’s tried to sell the home twice since, but no luck yet.

The house is located in a gated community by the exclusive Madison Club golf course. Totaling 5,173-square-foot, the two-story residence boasts luxe touches such as stone-carved elements, vaulted ceilings, designer doors and windows and numerous fireplaces throughout the home.
